Job Description:

Join Chesapeake Regional Healthcare as a MedSurg Neuro & Stroke RN on a 13-week contract in Coastal Virginia, an area known for its inviting waterways and outdoor adventures. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30, with a typical patient ratio of 1:7. You will provide specialized neurological and stroke patient care, ensuring safety and comfort while navigating the unique challenges of these conditions. The assignment offers an engaging opportunity to work in a setting that values experienced nurses comfortable with complex cases, patient ratios, and floating to different units within the hospital. Be prepared for every other weekend, holiday coverage, and occasional floating—that’s part of the adventure!
