Job Description:

This RN contract position places you in the 2N ICU at a busy hospital in Lafayette, Indiana. You will be responsible for caring for neuro, trauma, and medical ICU patients, often managing ventilators, IV pumps, CRRT, Bipap, and chest tubes. The shift is a 12-hour night schedule, with three shifts per week, providing a steady rhythm for your workweek. You will experience a mix of high-acuity cases and medical overflow, with flexible patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 1:4 based on patient needs. Your role involves performing critical care interventions, monitoring cardiac rhythms, and collaborating with a dedicated team to deliver quality care in an emergency-ready environment.
