Job Description:

This 13-week travel opportunity places you in a lively labor and delivery unit where you'll experience the rhythm of postpartum and LDRP care. You'll be working 12-hour night shifts, circulating in a unit that handles approximately 50-60 births per month, with a focus on couplet care, triage, and C-section support. Your responsibilities include managing patient flow in accordance with AWHONN guidelines, titrating Pitocin drips, and working alongside a dedicated team of surgical techs and neonatologists. Expect to engage in a fast-paced environment requiring quick thinking and thorough clinical knowledge. This assignment is perfect for RNs experienced in LDRP, with a flair for coordinating care during the night hours, and ready to immerse themselves in a vibrant, dynamic setting. The unit maintains a focus on safety, adherence to protocol, and maintaining a high standard of patient care.
