Job Description:

Join Children's Hospital Colorado at the Anschutz Medical Campus for a 13-week travel assignment as a Pediatric Cardiac RN in the Cardiac Progressive Care Unit. This 34-bed unit with private rooms offers an opportunity to work in a specialized pediatric setting, focusing on complex cases such as Single Ventricle physiology, Heart Transplants, and Ventricular Assist Devices. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, caring for pediatric cardiology patients with a high level of expertise. This role demands minimum two years of pediatric cardiac experience, including inpatient ICU or intermediate care, with a strong understanding of pediatric three-stage single ventricle care. The assignment includes every other weekend and requires familiarity with pediatric VAD patients, transplant, and congenital heart conditions.
