Job Description:

Join Rady Children's Hospital as a Pediatric Acute Care Float Pool Registered Nurse for an exciting 13-week contract. In this role, you will care for a diverse pediatric patient population across various inpatient units, including respiratory, surgical, hematology/oncology, and medical behavioral care. The position offers a unique opportunity to work in a vibrant environment where adaptability is key—nurses will float between units, handling a wide array of diagnoses and acuity levels. Expect to work 12-hour rotating night shifts, with the chance to experience different hospital areas and grow your pediatric expertise. You'll need to be flexible with holiday work and on-call responsibilities, making each shift both challenging and rewarding.
