Job Description:

Join our team as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in Wilmington, NC, for a 13-week contract working 12-hour night shifts. This role involves managing complex cases such as traumatic brain injuries, spine injuries, and neurological trauma. You'll be responsible for tasks like administering heparin drips, managing central and peripheral lines, wound care, trach and ventilator management, and utilizing EPIC documentation. Candidates should have active RN licensure, at least two years of recent experience, and the ability to handle heparin drips and blood product administration. The position requires flexibility to float within similar units and work every other weekend. This assignment offers a weekly gross pay of approximately $1,718.85, with 36 hours committed weekly, and is ideal for nurses ready to apply their skills in a fast-paced, challenging environment. RTO is limited to 7 days, and the role may require participation in storm or hurricane teams during emergencies.
