Job Description:

Join a travel healthcare team in Nashville, working 12-hour nights on a Neuro Med/Surg unit. This contract is built around real hospital workflows and continuity—expect to start IVs, perform basic wound care, and support care activities that may include maintaining surgical drains, nasogastric tubes, and chest tubes. Documentation is completed in Meditech, and the unit is supported by day/night tech coverage and a unit secretary from 7a–7p. Your schedule follows a clear structure of 3 shifts per week and includes 2 weekends (4 shifts) within each 4-week schedule. If you’re comfortable prioritizing tasks, multitasking, and keeping pace with technology such as telemetry, continuous pulse oximetry, feeding pumps, PCA, and IV pumps, this is a strong fit.

Expect mild to warm daytime temperatures with generally pleasant conditions overall. Evenings can feel cooler, so layering is helpful. Occasional rain showers are possible, so having light weather gear is a good idea.
