Job Description:

This outpatient physical therapist role in Fond du Lac, WI offers a unique opportunity to work with adult patients requiring orthopedic and neuro rehabilitation. You will manage a daily caseload of 10-12 patients, focusing on treatments such as TKA, THA, joint pain, back pain, post-CVA, and Parkinson’s. The schedule features 8-hour day shifts with a five-day work week, providing a steady routine. You'll be part of a dedicated team within an adult trauma facility, applying your orthopedic expertise and contributing to patient recovery. The assignment is tailored for therapists with at least one year of experience, including first-timers, and requires strong orthopedic skills as well as some inpatient therapy background. The role emphasizes safety and professionalism, including proper shaving for mask fit testing, with strict policies on PPE use. This contract offers a chance to gain valuable experience in a hospital setting that values specialized rehabilitation services.
