Job Description:

Join a dedicated PT Home Health Therapy/Rehabilitation team for a 13-week contract in Spartanburg, South Carolina. This role involves providing outpatient physical therapy services within a home health setting, primarily focusing on improving patient mobility and function. You'll work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with an 8-hour daily schedule. With the opportunity to use your prior home health experience, you will evaluate, develop, and implement tailored care plans for your patients. Flexibility within scope is allowed to meet the needs of the facility. Mileage reimbursement is available, and clinicians are encouraged to bring their expertise to a team that values patient-centered care.
