Job Description:

Step into a rewarding travel healthcare contract in Ukiah, California, where you’ll help plan and conduct segments of treatment programs focused on restoring and improving physical, social, and mental functions. This role supports a department-focused plan and centers on hands-on program delivery—where you’ll contribute to what participants do during their sessions and how the program goals are met.

You’ll also serve as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups, working alongside other team members to coordinate and guide group-based programming. Expect a structured, day shift schedule built around a 40.0-hour week, with an assignment designed to keep your work meaningful and measurable.
