Job Description:

This physical therapy position involves evaluating patients' functional abilities, developing personalized treatment plans, and guiding patients through therapeutic exercises to improve mobility and strength. The role requires assessing progress and making adjustments, as well as collaborating with patients' families and the healthcare team. Expect to work closely with a diverse patient population in a supportive setting, where your expertise helps patients regain independence—sometimes with a bit of creative problem-solving to meet unique needs.
