Job Description:

This 13-week travel contract places you in the Critical Care ICU on the second floor of a Level III Trauma Center in Grafton, WI. As an ICU nurse, you will manage diverse patient cases including sepsis, strokes, post-surgical recovery, and respiratory failures, with patient ratios of 1:2 based on acuity. The role involves ventilator and trach management, invasive line handling, and post-cath care, offering hands-on experience with advanced equipment like NxStage CRRT and EPIC EMR. The shift is from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a commitment of 36 hours per week over 13 weeks. You’ll work alongside a dedicated team supported by multidisciplinary staff, including RTs, hospitalists, and intensivists, in a facility known for its trauma, NICU, and stroke care specialties.
