Job Description:

This ICU Registered Nurse position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, stepdown environment with the chance to float to ICU and Medical-Surgical units regularly. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a 21-bed unit, with duties involving managing non-titrating drips such as Amiodarone, NTG, Cardizem, Lopressor, and Cardene, as well as assisting patients undergoing cardiac cath procedures and post-intervention care. The role requires flexibility to float across different units and deliver care in various settings, including vent management with heated Hiflow and home ventilators. Expect shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, 3 days a week, with a strong focus on teamwork and adaptability.
