Job Description:

Join our team as a Medical Laboratory Technician in Chapel Hill, NC, for a 13-week contract performing a variety of microbiology tests, including Gram stains and specimen plating. You'll work a midshift schedule, primarily in the afternoon or evening, contributing to key diagnostic processes. This role involves troubleshooting and investigating issues with equipment, test results, and workflow, while also providing training to students and new staff. You will prepare specimens, interpret test data, and communicate results to healthcare providers, gaining hands-on experience in a clinical setting that emphasizes quality control and technical expertise.
