Job Description:

Join a step-down and medical-surgical unit in Beaufort, SC, for a 13-week travel nursing assignment that keeps you on your toes. You'll primarily work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), floating between a 22-bed adult MS Oncology unit and step-down units where you'll manage patients with complex needs. Experience with both MS and step-down/PCU units is essential, as you'll be expected to adapt quickly and float as needed. This role is perfect for nurses comfortable handling ratios of 1:4-5 in step-down and 1:5-6 in med-surg, with frequent transitions between units. Candidates must have at least 2 years of med-surg experience, hold a South Carolina license, and have no licensing or background issues. Scrubs are not provided; you'll wear your own royal blue/white attire, and Meditech (MK) is the electronic medical record system you'll use daily. The weekly commitment includes 36 hours of work, with additional hours available. This assignment offers the opportunity to explore a charming city while gaining valuable experience in a specialized setting.
