Job Description:

This stepdown cardiac RN position places you in a busy emergency department where you'll focus on caring for inpatient and CICU Level hold patients. The role involves managing complex cases such as chest pain, syncope, heart failure, sepsis, and other cardiac and medical diagnoses. You'll be expected to perform procedures including titrating drips like Heparin, Amiodarone, and Nitroglycerin, as well as operating essential equipment such as Bipap, Cpap, and Alaris Pumps. Shifts are 12 hours overnight, and you'll work on a team that values collaboration and adaptability, with opportunities to float to similar units as needed. First-time travelers are welcome, provided you have EPIC experience and at least 2 years of relevant clinical background.
