Job Description:

Join us for a 13-week travel assignment on the 3rd floor of Franciscan Health Lafayette, where you'll embrace the challenge of night shifts from 6:00 pm to 6:30 am. This role is perfect for experienced Med/Surg RNs who thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing a diverse caseload including orthopedics, general surgeries, GI issues, renal, and oncology. You'll be float-ready to work across three Med/Surg units, utilizing your Epic experience, along with skills in managing Heparin drips and blood administration. With a focus on independence paired with collaboration, you'll handle patient ratios of approximately 1:5 to 1:6, ensuring quality care under the resourceful guidance of our dedicated team.
