Job Description:

Join our team for a 13-week contract on the night shift at a Medical Intermediate Care Unit in Springfield, MA. This role involves working a 12-hour night shift in a 42-bed unit that is split evenly between medical-telemetry and intermediate care. You will be providing crucial support by managing cases such as pneumonia, COPD exacerbation, DKA, sepsis, respiratory failure, and more. The unit requires RNs with 1-2 years of experience who are comfortable with advanced interventions, including trachs, vents, cardiac drips, and telemetry monitoring. Be prepared for some floating to other units where you’ll continue to showcase your adaptability and clinical skills. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced setting that values your expertise and offers a rewarding, hands-on experience in patient care.
