Job Description:

Join us as a Travel PCU RN in Rapid City, South Dakota, for a 13-week contract working 12-hour day shifts. This role offers an engaging opportunity to care for a diverse patient population on a flexible inpatient unit that includes Med/Surg, Intermediate Care, and telemetry. You’ll manage patients with conditions ranging from DKA and post-surgical needs to complex cases like COPD, renal failure, and CVA overflow. The position requires proficiency in EPIC documentation, drip titration (including Heparin, Insulin, and Cardizem), and interpreting cardiac rhythms. Expect to work in a setting that emphasizes both independent judgement and collaboration with a supportive team, including CNAs, RTs, and hospitalists, all while enjoying a work environment that values your expertise.
