Job Description:

Join us as a step-down Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract at our Dayton, Ohio location. This role offers the chance to work 12-hour night shifts, providing high-quality care to patients with stable chronic ventilators and other advanced conditions. You'll be a key member of the nursing team, with targeted patient ratios of 1:4 to 1:6, and will need to be comfortable floating across different campuses to support staffing needs—sometimes even during holidays. If you have experience with EPIC, IV starts, and ventilators, and are familiar with PAPR or N95 fitting, this assignment is perfectly suited for you.
