Job Description:

This step-down registered nurse role offers a rewarding opportunity to work in a facility that frequently floats staff to PCU, Stepdown, and MedSurg units. You will be responsible for managing patient care during 12-hour night shifts, with a focus on adult patients, and will need to be comfortable adapting to different unit needs. This assignment highlights the importance of flexibility and experience in both stepdown and MedSurg settings, making it ideal for nurses who enjoy a varied workload. Note: caregivers will not see pediatric patients, and frequent floating is part of the role, requiring adaptability and confidence in your skills.
