Job Description:

Join a dedicated behavioral health team on a 13-week contract where you'll work 12-hour night shifts on weekends in Winston-Salem. This role offers the chance to engage with a diverse adult and geriatric patient population across two floors, with opportunities to experience a variety of mental health diagnoses, including mood disorders, psychotic conditions, substance use, and trauma-related issues. You'll be part of a dynamic unit that emphasizes collaboration, behavior management, and crisis intervention, utilizing advanced tools like ObservSmart for patient monitoring. This is a great opportunity for a skilled RN with at least two years of inpatient experience who thrives in a fast-paced, specialized setting and enjoys applying both clinical expertise and de-escalation techniques in a supportive environment.
