Job Description:

Join a rewarding role as a registered nurse in a multi-care unit setting located in Prescott Valley, Arizona. This 13-week contract involves 12-hour night shifts, where you'll provide specialized care to patients across ICU, PCU, and MST acuities. The unique aspect of this assignment is the opportunity to work within a single unit that adapts to different patient needs, offering a holistic and focused workload. Expect to manage complex cases such as sepsis, respiratory emergencies, post-op complications, and more, utilizing your ICU expertise. The role demands at least 2 years of ICU experience and proficiency in titrating drips like vasopressors and insulin, alongside certifications in BLS and ACLS. You’ll collaborate with a charge nurse overseeing a 50-bed unit, while utilizing bedside cardiac monitors, 12-lead EKGs, and remote monitoring tech. The schedule includes every other weekend and holiday rotations, with floating opportunities to maintain versatility across units and facilities.
