Job Description:

Join our team as an ICU RN in Peoria, Illinois, for a 13-week travel contract working 12-hour night shifts. In this role, you'll care for critically ill patients in a 20-bed MICU that currently operates as a COVID unit. You'll interpret EKG strips, manage arterial and central lines, and titrate various vasoactive and cardioactive drips, including vasopressors, using advanced skills in ventilated patient care. The assignment offers the chance to work alongside experienced intensivists and telemedicine support, along with a dedicated team of nurse aides and telemetry techs. Expect to receive comprehensive orientation and shadowing, ensuring you're well-prepared to meet the unit's needs and provide exceptional patient care.
