Job Description:

Join our team for a 13-week contract working in a bustling CVOR unit located in Kearney, Nebraska. This role is perfect for OR technicians comfortable handling open-heart procedures like CABG and vascular cases, with opportunities to work on general, orthopedics, ENT, and urology cases when cardiovascular cases are fewer. You'll be scrubbing in with a focus on cardiac and vascular surgeries, but your versatility will be valued as you'll also assist in other specialties. The schedule features consistent 8-hour shifts, with some call responsibilities, including nights and weekends. You’ll work alongside dedicated managers and charge nurses, with a focus on maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment. This assignment lets you hone your skills in a specialized setting while gaining broad surgical experience in the general OR.
