Job Description:

Join a dedicated team on the 3rd Floor Cardiac Critical Care unit at Franciscan Health Indianapolis for a 13-week travel contract. This role involves managing post-Cath STEMIs, NSTEMIs, and other cardiac patients, including those admitted directly from other facilities or overflow cases from the medical ICU. You'll be working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, providing advanced critical care including ventilator management, titratable vasoactive drips, and using equipment like vents, Arctic Sun, temporary pacemakers, and Swan-Ganz catheters. This assignment offers a unique chance to hone your skills in a specialized environment with a team that values experience—requiring 2-3 years of critical care expertise—and a flexible, engaging work setting with every other weekend shifts.
