Job Description:

Join a busy ICU float team as a Critical Care Registered Nurse, providing specialized care across multiple critical care units including SICU, MICU, CCU, and OICU. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment caring for patients with a variety of complex conditions such as traumatic injuries, surgical complications, neuro issues, open-heart surgeries, and oncology emergencies. You will rotate through several ICU settings, gaining exposure to a diverse range of critical cases. The schedule includes 12-hour night shifts, with every other weekend commitment, offering a chance to work during the quiet hours of the night. Holidays may also be scheduled based on patient needs. This assignment provides an opportunity to apply your critical care expertise in a multi-faceted setting while maintaining an engaging work rhythm.
