Join our team in Fergus Falls for a 13-week ICU contract where you'll be part of a dedicated critical care unit caring for patients with complex needs like strokes, STEMI, and non-STEMI. This role offers a rotating 12-hour shift schedule—day and night shifts that keep your work and rest balanced. The setting is bustling with a 2:1 patient-to-RN ratio, ensuring you have ample time and focus for each patient. You'll be working alongside a skilled team in an environment that emphasizes teamwork and precision, with in-house pharmacy support around the clock until late evening.
