Job Description:

Join a dedicated team in MedSurg General Medical at a facility in Medford, Oregon, for a 13-week travel assignment. You'll be working 12-hour day shifts, providing crucial support for a unit with 36 private beds. This role offers the opportunity to apply your nursing skills in a fast-paced environment, caring for a diverse patient population including GI issues, pneumonia, CHF, DM, infectious diseases, and mental health patients. The setting emphasizes teamwork and respect, with experienced staff and a focus on high-quality patient reporting and hourly rounding. Unique to this assignment, you'll be part of a well-coordinated team, supporting both medical and psych patients, with the chance to demonstrate leadership and flexibility in floating across various units as needed.
