Job Description:

Join us for a rewarding 13-week travel nursing adventure in Salem, VA, working 12-hour night shifts in the Emergency Department of LewisGale Medical Center. You'll be part of a team dedicated to handling high-acuity, fast-paced Emergency cases, including RSI, sepsis management, stroke protocols with tPA, and complex transfers. This unique opportunity allows you to apply your 2-3 years of ER experience, particularly in high-volume environments with patient ratios of 4-6:1. Expect a supportive, relaxed team-oriented atmosphere where your friendly demeanor and respectfulness help you thrive in a demanding setting. Your expertise with Meditech EMR, along with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, will be key to success here, with additional preferences for TNCC, ENPC, NRP, or NIHF. This role offers an engaging mix of routine and critical interventions, making every shift a chance to sharpen your skills in a bustling ER environment.
