Join a busy and well-respected Emergency Department in Seattle for a 13-week travel assignment as a Registered Nurse specializing in emergency care. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts at a hospital with a capacity of 17 beds that can flex to 22, including hallway beds, and receiving STEMI and stroke patients. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of emergency experience, with a focus on behavioral health, trauma, stroke, and critical drips such as insulin and cardiac medications. Job Specifics:

Location: Seattle, WA
Shift: 12-hour nights
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: Weekends every other weekend, some holidays, with flexible start times (7a, 9a, 11a, 1p, 3p, 7p) and floating within the region as needed. The role involves working in a busy ER treating an average of 66 patients daily, with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4. The ED is equipped with Phillips monitors, and RTs manage ventilation, ABGs, and breathing treatments. Candidates will be expected to have current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications, with experience in behavioral health, stroke, STEMI, and critical drips. The role offers an engaging environment where accountability, respect, and teamwork are highly emphasized, supported by a manager with traveler experience who treats staff as part of the team.
