Job Description:

Join this urgent care environment as a Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Room (ED) care for a 13-week contract. You will be working 12-hour day shifts, providing advanced trauma nursing in a fast-paced setting that handles everything from simple procedures to critical trauma cases. This role requires capacity to work in the trauma room with a 1:5 nurse-patient ratio, managing complex care activities such as medication titrations, arterial lines, blood transfusions, and chest tubes. It’s a chance to apply your expertise in a busy ED that sees a diverse range of patients, including pediatric, psychiatric, and critical trauma cases. The role offers an opportunity to utilize Cerner EMR system proficiency and maintain high safety and quality standards, all while contributing to a positive patient experience.
