Job Description:

Join a dedicated ER team in a level IV trauma center in Breckenridge, Minnesota, for an engaging 13-week contract. This role involves working 12-hour rotating shifts, with a typical weekly commitment of 36 hours. You will bring at least 2 years of ER experience along with previous MedSurg background to handle approximately 10 patients daily. If you're comfortable with a fast-paced environment, managing trauma and STEMI cases, and performing necessary treatments such as lab draws and troubleshooting equipment like monitors and vents, this assignment is perfect for you. The facility features intermingled ER holds, a separate psych room, and is staffed with ED physicians and charge nurses who regularly take patient assignments. Travel nurses must have current certifications including BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, TNCC, with PALS preferred. This location offers a chance to experience a busy ER setting with a close-knit team, where your skills will truly make an impact.
