Job Description:

Join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Silverdale, WA, as an Emergency Department RN during night shifts. This role offers the opportunity to work in a busy ED with a dedicated triage area, separate holding zones, and private treatment rooms. You will manage a variety of high-acuity cases such as cardiac issues, strokes, sepsis, and mental health crises, utilizing advanced skills in ER protocols and equipment including vents, BiPaps, and EKGs. The unit values experienced RNs who are comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment, managing ER holds, and collaborating with a team of charge nurses, house supervisors, and ED techs. This assignment is perfect for those with at least a year of trauma or emergency room experience and proper certifications like ACLS, BLS, TNCC, and PALS or ENPC. The challenge and reward lie in providing exceptional care during night hours in a setting known for its dedicated, skilled staff and accessible radiology and lab services. You'll be part of a department that handles 170-200 patients daily, offering a vibrant, dynamic experience with a variety of clinical presentations.
