Job Description:

Join our team as a Neuro Surgical - Neuro Registered Nurse on a 13-week night shift assignment in Wilmington, NC. In this role, you'll be responsible for caring for patients undergoing neuro surgical procedures, with a focus on maintaining safety and supporting recovery. Your nights will include 12-hour shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, working approximately 36 hours per week. The unit uses systems like Pyxis, SBAR, and EPIC, and your duties will involve utilizing these tools to ensure efficient patient documentation and medication management. You will also participate in unit orientation and be prepared to work as part of storm, hurricane, or disaster response teams. This assignment offers the opportunity to experience neuro patient care in a fast-paced, specialized environment, with a flexible schedule that allows for some unit-specific requests and modifications.
