Job Description:

Join our team as a travel RN in Indianapolis, working on a Medical-Surgical unit in a vibrant healthcare environment. This 20-week assignment offers a chance to immerse yourself in acute care, managing patients with diverse needs on a unit that emphasizes teamwork and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include providing direct patient care in a 30-bed unit, with a patient ratio of approximately 1:4 or 1:5, utilizing Epic EMR. The scheduled night shifts run 12 hours, with weekends every third week, giving you a healthy balance of work and rest. Experience on a Medical-Surgical unit and BLS certification are required, along with at least two years of travel nursing experience. Dress code is navy scrubs, and a flexible, positive attitude will fit right in here.
