Job Description:

Join this engaging BMT/Oncology nursing role on a 51-bed cellular therapies unit, where you'll be the key player in delivering care to patients battling blood cancers. This night shift assignment involves working 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, providing an opportunity to specialize in chemo, biotherapies, and cellular therapies such as stem cell transplants and CAR-T. You'll work within a flexible staffing model, sometimes floating between units, and manage a nurse-to-patient ratio that shifts based on patient needs.
