Job Description:

Join a busy surgical team in Carlsbad as an Operating Room RN Circulator for a 13-week contract. In this role, you will coordinate and facilitate surgical procedures across multiple specialties including ortho, OBGYN, plastics, trauma, and more. Your day will involve ensuring supplies are ready, assisting surgeons, maintaining communication among the team, and supervising OR personnel. This position offers a good mix of hands-on surgical support and leadership within a hospital setting that handles around 250 procedures monthly. Expect to work weekday days, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with call requirements including one weekday and weekend rotations. No long shifts—just a steady schedule with 8-hour days and a weekly gross pay estimated at $2,414.10.
