Job Description:

Join Central Maine Hospital in Lewiston, ME, as an Operating Room Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel contract. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a busy surgical unit equipped with advanced technology, including robotics and laser systems. You'll be part of a team handling a variety of cases such as general surgery, orthopedics, neuro, urology, GYN, bariatrics, ENT, and vascular procedures. Prepare for an engaging schedule that includes weekend and weeknight call rotations, with 12-hour daytime shifts. The setting promises a blend of fast-paced activity with the chance to develop your trauma experience in a Level III trauma center—you'll be integral to patient care in a facility accredited by The Joint Commission.

Weekly Hours: 36 hours
Additional details include weekend and weeknight call responsibilities, with a mix of surgical cases and advanced operative technology in a Level III trauma setting. Candidates must hold an RN license, BLS certification, and a minimum of 2 years trauma experience. Robotics experience is highly preferred. The role offers a chance to work with EPIC & Omnicell systems, in a well-equipped OR unit dedicated to a broad spectrum of surgical procedures.
