Job Description:

Join our team as a registered nurse in a blended ICU setting located in Lake Havasu City, AZ. This 13-week travel assignment involves night shifts (12-hour nights) at a community hospital with 171 beds and Level Trauma 3 designation. You'll be working on the ICU/CVICU floor, providing care to adult and geriatric patients with diagnoses like STEMI, NSTEMI, COPD exacerbation, sepsis, and stroke. The role includes floating to the Emergency Department for admitted patients, offering a varied but rewarding experience. Expect to work 36 hours per week, with certain weekends and on-call responsibilities. This assignment offers a chance to explore a scenic area while contributing to a hospital recognized for its Chest Pain Center accreditation. The hospital values experienced RNs with a minimum of 2 years travel experience and required certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and NIH. The setting is unique because it combines busy ICU work with the flexibility of travel, all within a vibrant regional community surrounded by mountain ranges and a serene lake.
