Job Description:

Join our Cardiovascular Care Unit in Overland Park, Kansas, for a 13-week travel assignment that immerses you in specialized cardiac nursing. This 28-bed unit cares for acute cardiac patients, including those in the cath lab, stroke patients, and overflow from other units. Your nights will be filled with managing complex cases such as ablations, pfo closures, stent placements, and pacemaker insertions. The unit emphasizes safety, documentation excellence, and teamwork, with support from experienced charge nurses and tech staff. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts, with a guaranteed 48 hours weekly, giving you a consistent routine in a facility that values quality patient interactions and professional growth.
