Job Description:

This 13-week travel contract places you in a vibrant psychiatric care setting at Research Psychiatric Center in Kansas City, MO. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, providing critical mental health support to diverse patient populations across multiple units, from adolescent to senior adult. Your role involves assessing patients’ mental health statuses, developing individualized care plans, administering psychiatric medications, and responding swiftly to crises with de-escalation techniques. This assignment offers the unique opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team utilizing Meditech documentation and a focus on ICARE values, all while gaining valuable experience in a busy psychiatric environment with evolving technologies.
