Job Description:

This 13-week assignment as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist places you in an engaging, fast-paced imaging setting where precision and versatility are key. You'll perform a variety of procedures, including general nuclear medicine scans and PET/CT imaging, working with top-of-the-line equipment from GE and Siemens. Expect to float between NM and PET departments, handling approximately 10+ nuclear medicine procedures and 12-14 PET/CT scans daily. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to complex cases such as bone scans, lung scans, HIDA scans, and FDG PET studies. The schedule involves 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, with some after-hours coverage, weekends, and occasional holidays. This role offers a blend of direct patient care and indirect support tasks like patient reminder calls, keeping the workflow diverse and interesting.
