Job Description:

This Nuclear Medicine Tech position offers a hands-on opportunity in outpatient cardiology imaging, specifically focusing on stress testing and Amyloid (PYP) scans. You will be part of a dedicated team using Spectrum Dynamics DSPECT cameras to perform adult and geriatric studies involving radioactive materials. Expect to handle procedures like Rest/Stress testing, Amyloid imaging, and involve skills such as starting and maintaining peripheral IVs and managing radioactive materials safely. The shift runs 10 hours daily, four days a week, giving you ample time to explore the surrounding area beyond your work hours. This assignment is ideal for techs comfortable with clinic-based diagnostics in a fast-paced cardiology setting, where attention to detail and procedural expertise are essential. The schedule may change based on class and trainer availability, and early mornings mean you get plenty of daylight for after-hours adventures.
