Job Description:

This PCU Float Registered Nurse role involves providing skilled patient monitoring and support across a variety of unit settings within a short-term acute care hospital. You'll be covering the Progressive Care Unit and Step Down floors during 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The assignment offers a chance to hone your adaptivity by working in different clinical areas, and you'll be part of a dedicated team ensuring smooth patient transitions. The unique aspect of this role is the float aspect, where you might work across different units based on hospital needs, making each shift engaging and diverse.
