Job Description:

This registered nurse role places you in a hospital unit dedicated to adult patients with a variety of complex medical conditions, including cardiac, neuro, renal, infectious diseases, and pulmonary issues. Expect to care for acutely ill patients in a 255-bed acute care hospital setting, primarily during overnight shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The assignment spans 26 weeks, giving you ample time to build connections while gaining diverse experience. You'll coordinate direct patient care and education, all while working within a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5. Certifying your skills with ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS is essential. This role is perfect for experienced nurses who enjoy a fast-paced, challenging environment and are eager to make a difference during the winter season when patient needs are high. First-time travelers are welcome, but local candidates from within 50 miles are not eligible.
