Job Description:

Join our team as an Operating Room Registered Nurse at IU Health in Indianapolis, IN, for a 13-week contract. This role offers 10-hour daytime shifts, giving you a solid block of time to focus on complex surgical procedures across various specialties such as trauma, neuro, ortho, GYN, plastics, ENT, and colorectal robotics. You'll be circulating and scrub handling diverse cases — from routine surgeries to trauma cases — in a busy setting with an average of 70-80 patients daily. The hospital appreciates adaptable RNs who can float within scope and work during major holidays. With current trauma Level I experience and a focus on versatility, you'll find this position challenging yet rewarding, with consistent work hours and opportunities to expand your skills in a well-rounded surgical environment.
