Job Description:

This 13-week travel RN contract places you in the forefront of cardiac and surgical patient care within a busy hospital setting. Working days shifts of 12 hours from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., you'll manage a diverse patient population with conditions ranging from post-cardiac cath recovery to post-surgical recovery and neurological assessments. Your role involves advanced charting in EPIC, initiating and titrating IV drips, performing neuro assessments including NIHSS, and managing indwelling drains and NG tubes. The position offers a balanced workload with guaranteed 36 hours weekly, providing ample time to hone your skills and enjoy local experiences. Be prepared for a fast-paced environment where assessment and critical thinking are key to delivering excellent patient outcomes.
