Job Description:

Join a dedicated Endoscopy/GI Lab team as an RN in Alexandria, VA, for an engaging 11-week travel assignment. You'll work night shifts, providing critical support during outpatient and inpatient procedures, with a focus on endoscopy and ECT support. The role involves performing pre-op, intra-op, and post-op tasks, passing ECG competency on your first day, and demonstrating strong IV skills. Expect a schedule Monday through Friday with weekend call rotations, offering a unique opportunity to enjoy a balanced work rhythm while supporting a busy unit that employs EPIC and Provation EMRs. Experience in endoscopy, ACLS, and BLS are required, with PALS preferred. The environment offers variety, as you'll alternate between GI procedures and pre-op duties, with call responsibilities covering evenings, weekends, and holidays.
