Job Description:

Join a reputable healthcare facility in Madison, WI, as an Endoscopy Registered Nurse on a 13-week contract. This role involves rotating start times between 6:30am and 10:30am, with some evenings and weeknight call responsibilities. You'll be pre- and post-procedure, managing moderate sedation within an RN-driven assessment model, and supporting patients through various phases of recovery, including PACU/Phase I and II. Experience with GI and pulmonary procedures such as ERCP, EUS, EGD, colonoscopy, and bronchoscopy is essential. The position offers an engaging mix of procedural support and patient management in a Level 1 trauma center or similar setting. Expect to stay beyond scheduled shifts when needed to complete the day’s schedule. An Epic EMR background, recent recovery experience, and telemetry certification are required, along with current RN licensure in Wisconsin or pending licensure submission. The shift is Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 3:00pm, with an hourly commitment of 40 hours per week.
